Two of the cats had appointments today - Clawdia got a booster shot and a microchip at the vet's, and Purrcy went to the groomer this morning. He's had mats for quite some time, but because he's indoor-outdoor, I waited until it was fairly warm to get him clipped. Lol, I'm pretty sure the dogs think I came home with a different cat - they're following him everywhere and sniffing him. 😂😂😂
Poor Purrcy. He really doesn't seem to mind the haircut, though - it probably feels good to get rid of all that fluff.
I wandered the woods for a few minutes before supper, and spotted tons of wildflowers. I took pictures so that I could identify them using my "Wildflowers of the White Mountains" book.
Common Cinquefoil:
Common Blackberry:
Bunchberry:
Blueberries:
I think this one is Sheep Laurel, but it could be Bog Laurel. Either way, it will need to be removed from this area, because apparently it's poisonous to livestock, and this is future pasture.
I believe this one is a Starflower:
Canada Mayflower:
Blue-eyed Grass (already closing for the night):
The baby bunnies are super cute now:
I put Enna up on Thane's rock earlier. I think she appreciated the vantage point.
And last but not least, I got this super cute picture of Breeze and Hazel when they were waiting to see if I was going to share any my supper. 😂
Happy Thursday!! :)
